Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between [TODO: your company or legal name] ("we") and the Shopify merchant who installs our app ("you"). By installing the app you accept them.
1. The service
The app sends order and low-stock alerts to your own WhatsApp agent chat and lets you ask about and (on paid plans) manage your store by chatting with an AI assistant that uses the AI provider and API key you choose. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta or any AI provider.
2. Your accounts and keys
You need your own WhatsApp agent (WhatsApp Agent Platform) and, for the AI assistant, your own AI provider account. You are responsible for following their terms, for any fees they charge, and for keeping your keys secret. You can remove a key at any time by replacing it or uninstalling the app.
3. Billing
Plans are billed every 30 days in USD through Shopify, after a free trial. You can change or cancel your plan from the app or by uninstalling it. Charges already made are not refunded except where the law requires it.
4. AI assistant
The AI can make mistakes. It only acts on your instructions, but you are responsible for checking changes it makes to your store (products, prices, stock, discounts, draft orders and similar). Do not rely on it for legal, tax or financial decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for spam, illegal activity, or anything that breaks the Shopify, WhatsApp or AI provider terms. We may suspend the app for a store that does.
6. Data
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
The app depends on Shopify, WhatsApp and AI providers, and alerts can be delayed or missed when those services fail. The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will change the date above. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. These terms are governed by the laws of [TODO: country/state whose law applies].
